✨️ 4 large dogs = lots of fur, but above all, lots of cuddles and love ✨️ 🐾💖
We've just spent 3 wonderful weeks looking after the incredible Saphira, Annie, Max, and Beau in Covões, and it has truly been a very special experience from beginning to end.
The Pets:
From the very first moment, we connected with the pack. Every walk was a joy—the four of them would stretch happily and excitedly as soon as they knew it was time to go out. The area around the house is perfect for walks, with beautiful surroundings and peaceful paths. A short drive to "the Font" was the highlight.
Each of them has their own unique personality:
· Saphira, who has been part of the house since Jackie bought it, is incredibly calm and balanced—despite being a guard dog at heart.
· Annie, who moved from Hong Kong, is a sweet and affectionate soul, full of curiosity and energy.
· Beau is laid-back, a bit slow, but absolutely endearing in his own way.
· And Max, the "puppy," is a wonderful Velcro dog, following you every step while clearly learning from the others.
It was beautiful to see the bond between these four very different characters.
The Host:
Jackie's hospitality was outstanding. She provided us with every possible comfort, making the stay feel truly comfortable and effortless. Communication was excellent at all times—warm, clear, full of humor, and very considerate.
The Home:
The house is comfortable and welcoming, set in a peaceful location that made our stay even more enjoyable.
If you ever have the opportunity to look after them, don't hesitate—you'll enjoy a beautiful home, four amazing dogs, and an incredibly generous host.
